North Texas Dental Hygienists' Association Goals
North Texas Dental Hygienists' Association (NTDHA) has been serving the community's health care needs for years.  We are a local component of the American Dental Hygienists' Association.  Our goal is to provide support, networking, and continuing education courses for our members.  Over the course of the next year, we aim to provide service in our community, advocate for our profession, and mentor dental hygiene students.
  1. 1
    Learning
NTDHA provides five 2 hour CE courses each year. If you are interested in presenting or have an ideas for an upcoming CE please contact us.
  2. 2
    Networking
By supporting and attending NTDHA CE courses, you will have the opportunity to meet and network with other hygienists who can share ideas and create professional friendships.
  3. 3
    Advocating
Texas hygienists are one of the last six states in the nation to be able to administer local anesthesia. NTDHA encourages its members to reach out to their legislators to protect and advance our profession.
  4. 4
    Mentoring
NTDHA believes in the importance of mentoring dental hygiene students who are the future of our profession. If you are interested in mentoring a student please contact us.
